Tea connoisseurs tend to believe that because of this, wu long tea is of higher quality and it is usually priced higher than wu yi tea. Wu yi tea, though, has the same health benefits and is just as capable of fighting aging as wu long tea. It is usually less expensive, and the flavor and aroma differences are so subtle that I personally feel that it is not worth the extra dollars to buy wu long tea versus wu yi tea. Both teas will help me maintain my youthful skin!

Tea can be compared to wine in this manner. Though there are some lovely wines available for $50 or more a bottle, if you can purchase a $20 bottle of Shiraz that is quite enjoyable, why spend $50? At the same time, you probably would not find the same enjoyment with a bottle of Shiraz that cost $5, right? For this reason, you probably will not find a lot of wu yi tea on the supermarket shelves next to the economy packs of black tea!

Oolong tea, whether it is wu yi or wu long, contains powerful antioxidants that fight free radical damage and thus help slow down the process of aging. Nobody knows who created the cabbage soup diet. It was one of the diets faxed from machine to machine in the early 1980’s. The diet went under many names, often using a part of the name of a well respected institution such as the Russian peasant diet, or the St. Jude’s diet. Needless to say, the diet has no relation to any of the institutions, nations, or people used in these names.

Most people on the cabbage soup diet drink nothing but water or unsweetened fruit juice. Here’s how the diet works.

Day one — cabbage soup and any fruit except bananas.

Day two — cabbage soup as usual, and vegetables including a half baked potato without butter.

Day three — cabbage soup plus vegetables and fruit, not including bananas or potato.

Day four — enjoy the daily Cabbage soup plus up to eight bananas and skimmed milk.

Day five — cabbage soup, six tomatoes and up to 20 ounces of beef.

Day six — cabbage soup and as much of beef and vegetables as you can eat, no potatoes.

Day seven — unsweetened fruit juice, vegetables except potatoes, brown rice, and of course our friend cabbage soup.

It was often claimed the cabbage soup diet could result in as much as 10 pounds of weight loss in only week. What the diet doesn’t specify is that most of that weight loss would be water. A week is simply too short a time in which to lose 10 pounds of fat. It is however, possible to get sick from a lack of nutrition which is one danger with the cabbage soup diet.

It’s also pretty hard to stick to the cabbage soup diet. In general this isn’t because it’s difficult to understand but rather because cabbage soup isn’t a lot of fun. Many people who have started the cabbage soup diet quit after only one or two days. There were even attempts to spice up cabbage soup recipes but they failed.

Realistically people don’t need a fad diet like the cabbage soup diet to lose weight. Exercise more and cut out calories in order to accomplish a goal.

However, some of these companies have decided that earning an honest dollar on a good product is not quite enough. Instead, companies like Wu Yi Source are scamming people!

I know that you work hard for you money. I do too. In these frightening economic times, I know that every dime counts and when you are going paycheck to paycheck, the last thing you need is to be scammed by Wu Yi Source. When you only have a few bucks left at the end of the day and a company takes it out of your account without your knowledge, this is very disheartening.

This is exactly what Wu Yi Source may do to you. What they are doing is telling people that they can receive a free trial, but they have to charge you for shipping. So, you give them your credit card number.

Unfortunately, you just signed yourself up for auto shipments! They hide the fact that you are authorizing them to charge your debit or credit card on a monthly basis for more shipments of wu yi tea! They hide this fact in the advertising material.

Now come the worst part. Getting charged once is bad enough, but if you try to cancel the auto shipment, good luck! They will not answer emails. Their expensive international phone number leaves you hanging for 20 minutes before someone will speak with you!

Even then, some folks are saying that they received additional charges even after they canceled. Apparently, you have to send a letter with the free trial in order to have the auto shipment and charges canceled and or refunded.

So emails, expensive phone calls, letters and more shipping charges and you may or may not be out of the nightmare! All of that for something that to activate, took a few clicks.

It sounds to me, based on the complaints, that the wu yi tea they are selling might not even be genuine. Clinical studies back wu yi teas weight loss capabilities, so I know that my weight loss experience with wu yi tea was not just a fluke. I know that it works and that it can work for you, but you need genuine wu yi tea from a good company.

The Wu Yi Tea Company is my choice. Nobody made unauthorized charges on my debit card.

You can lose weight with wu yi tea, but you do not have to lose your money. The wu yi tea should be certified organic.
